Annise is a financial platform designed to manage family office net worth. However, it presented usability issues and lacked interface consistency, making the user experience difficult.
The main challenges were:
1. UX Analysis and Audit
Conducted a thorough analysis of user flow to identify friction points. Performed usability testing to evaluate the current experience and define improvements. Gathered feedback from users and stakeholders to prioritize interface and information architecture changes.
2. Design System Development
Created a modular design system that allowed for scalable implementation on both desktop and mobile.
Defined reusable components, style guides, and specifications to ensure visual coherence.
3. Prototyping and Microinteractions
Developed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to test new functionalities and enhance user experience. Designed microinteractions using Lottie Lab, adding dynamism and fluidity to the platform.
4. Collaboration with Development
Worked closely with the development team to ensure precise implementation of designs. Conducted continuous reviews and adjustments based on functional testing.
